AMA prior-auth surveys need population-and-question lineage
The American Medical Association's research page points to physician survey data, qualitative work, and council reports about prior-authorization burden, delays, costs, and workflow disruption. Those materials can identify important experience and reform questions, but a survey percentage is not a payer performance rate or patient-level causal result unless its sampled population, field period, question wording, denominator, weighting, and uncertainty remain visible.
